Tess became involved with Ride On in 2007 when she started as a volunteer at their Chatsworth ranch. In 2011, she became a PATH International Certified Instructor and began teaching riders of all abilities. Since then her experience and passion has only grown, and she is now Ride On's Program Director. She has presented at Ride On events + PATH Regional and International Conferences and continues to teach lessons and mentor Ride On's Instructors in improving their skills and getting PATH certified. Tess is also a USDF Bronze Medalist and a USDF Para Dressage Bronze Level Coach. She has competed in jumping, derbies and dressage and is still an avid rider who rides and competes on Ride On's school horses. In her down time she enjoys hiking with her dogs and pursuing her other passion, photography!
